Heavy Equipment Operator

A+ Solutions is recruiting skilled Heavy Equipment Operators for construction, earthmoving and materials-handling assignments. We are offering GYD 250,000–350,000 per month for experienced operators, depending on equipment certifications, versatility and work-site experience.

Operate assigned excavators, loaders, backhoes, bulldozers, graders, telehandlers or other heavy equipment safely; complete daily inspections; follow lift plans, site controls and supervisor instructions; perform grading, loading, excavation or material-handling tasks accurately; identify and report unsafe conditions or mechanical issues; maintain operating logs; work safely around ground personnel and other equipment.

At least three years of documented heavy-equipment operating experience; valid licence, operator certificate or recognized training applicable to the equipment; strong safety record; ability to perform basic inspections and identify faults; experience on construction, mining, industrial or logistics sites preferred; willingness to complete competency and safety assessments.
