Guyber is a Guyanese technology platform connecting people with convenient services, including ride-booking. We are looking for an energetic, motivated salesperson to help grow our network of drivers, taxi operators, business partners and customers across Guyana.
Responsabilidades
* Recruit and onboard existing taxi drivers and transport operators onto the Guyber platform.
* Visit taxi stands, businesses and communities to promote Guyber’s services.
* Explain the benefits of joining Guyber and assist drivers with registration.
* Build relationships with drivers, businesses and potential customers.
* Promote Guyber through direct sales, networking, WhatsApp and social media.
* Help increase app registrations, driver participation and customer bookings.
* Provide feedback on market demand and opportunities for business growth.
* Submit regular reports on recruitment, sales activities and results.
Requisitos
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
* Confident approaching people and explaining a product or service.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work independently.
* Familiarity with Georgetown and East Coast Demerara.
* Basic smartphone and social media skills.
* Previous sales, marketing or customer-service experience is an advantage.
* Ability to travel locally; a driver’s licence is an advantage.

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted applicants. Performance-based incentives may be offered for successful driver recruitment, customer acquisition and business development, subject to the agreed compensation plan.
