Customer Service Representative

Zip Logistics is seeking a responsive and solutions-focused Customer Service Representative to help customers with shipments, package updates, invoices and service questions. We are offering GYD 120,000–160,000 per month, depending on experience and communication skills.

Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email, messaging and in person; provide accurate package and shipment updates; explain rates, procedures and documentation requirements; record cases and follow through to resolution; coordinate with warehouse, billing and delivery teams; de-escalate concerns professionally; identify recurring issues and suggest service improvements.

At least five CSEC/CXC subjects including English; at least one year of customer-service, call-centre or logistics experience preferred; strong written and spoken English; computer proficiency; calm problem-solving skills; accuracy when handling tracking and customer information; ability to manage several enquiries without losing follow-through.
