Authentication tokens keep you signed in between visits and protect your account from cross-site request forgery. The platform cannot work without them.

We store your last used job filters and interface preferences in your browser so your search is where you left it. This never leaves your device unless you save it to your profile.

We use aggregate, privacy-respecting usage counts (for example how many people viewed a job) to help employers understand reach. These counts are not linked to your identity in public views.

If you accept marketing cookies, WorkGY loads the Meta Pixel (dataset 1890395015259256). It helps us understand which of our Facebook and Instagram ads bring workers and employers to the platform.

The Pixel records page views and a small set of product actions: viewing a job, running a job search, completing job seeker or employer onboarding, submitting an application, and publishing a job. These events carry only job identifiers, public job titles, the search text you typed and coarse filters.

We never send your name, email address, phone number, CV, screening answers or application text to Meta, and automatic advanced matching is switched off.

The Meta script is not loaded at all until you accept marketing cookies. If you decline, no Meta request is made from your browser.

You can change or withdraw your marketing consent at any time using the button below. Withdrawing consent stops any further events being sent; the script already loaded in the current tab is disabled and will not load again on your next visit.

You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent applications from being submitted.
