To show you relevant jobs and to let employers review the applications you submit.

To send transactional emails, job alerts you subscribe to, and important service notices.

To detect fraud, investigate reports and keep the marketplace safe.

Employers see your profile and resume only when you apply to one of their jobs, or if you have turned on the searchable-profile setting.

Your contact details are never sold, and we do not share your data with advertisers.

Data is stored in managed cloud infrastructure with row-level access controls, so users can only read the records they are entitled to.

Resumes and company documents are stored in private buckets that require a signed link to open.

You can edit or delete your profile content at any time, turn job alerts off, and hide your profile from employer searches.

With your consent we also load the Meta Pixel to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs. It reports page views and product actions such as viewing a job, searching, completing onboarding, submitting an application or publishing a job — using job identifiers, public job titles and search terms only.

We never send names, email addresses, phone numbers, CV contents, screening answers or application text to Meta, and automatic advanced matching is disabled. Nothing is loaded from Meta until you accept marketing cookies, and you can withdraw consent at any time from the cookie policy page.
