About this role
Zip Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Clerk to support invoicing, receivables, reconciliations and accurate financial records. The offered range is GYD 135,000–175,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
Prepare and verify invoices; post receipts and payments; maintain accounts receivable and payable records; reconcile customer accounts, cash and bank activity; follow up on outstanding balances professionally; organize supporting documents; prepare routine spreadsheet reports; assist with month-end close and audit requests; protect confidential information.
Requirements
At least five CSEC/CXC subjects including English, Mathematics and Accounts; CAT, ACCA foundation studies or related certification is an asset; at least one year of accounts or bookkeeping experience preferred; proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software is an asset; strong accuracy, organization and follow-through.
